Little Oaks Nursery

Little Oaks is a new and growing, English nursery, set in the quiet village of Pórtol for children aged 4 months up to 3 years old. They have worked towards creating a homely, family environment in which children can learn and grow together. Their aims are to nurture the children in their care, show them love and respect and at the same time teaching them to love and respect the world and the people that surround them.The teachers encourage the children to play freely and join in their play with them.

There is a beautiful garden where they spend lots of time, teaching the children about the natural world, how things grow, and the seasons change. Together they work on their vegetable patch, where the children learn that they must care for the plants in order for them to grow. The children also help to put the food on the bird table that is set up and they even help to look after the two beautiful rabbits! The nursery is made up of a converted house that has lots of natural light all through the day.

Opening hours: 7:30h to 17h

English classes are offered in the evenings for children ages 3 years up to teenagers.
